Military Service and the Law
Each day our nation’s soldiers and their families face legal issues concerning family law, employment and re-employment rights, debtor/creditor issues, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. “Military Service and the Law” examines these four critical areas to provide military families, attorneys, and others an introduction to the rights and responsibilities of active and veteran service members under these laws and regulations.
