SCHOLARSHIPS: Illinois Bar Foundation

The Illinois Bar Foundation is accepting applications for their annual scholarship program. To promote the study of law, the Board of Directors has decided to award one scholarship, in the amount of $3000, to a 2nd or 3rd year John Marshall Law student for the 2007-2008 academic year.

The Board is seeking to award the scholarship to a student who has an accomplished academic record, is involved in diverse curricular, extracurricular and community activities including the ISBA and has financial need. The scholarship will favor students who have an intention of practicing law in Illinois

The Foundation expects to announce scholarship recipients no later than January 2008.
