SCHOLARSHIPS: Continuing Scholarships
Eligibility:
Scholarships are awarded to current JD students enrolled at JMLS and are named in memory of alumni, faculty and members of The John Marshall Law School Board of Trustees.
Qualifications:
Various scholarships are awarded to students who meet the following criteria:
1) Good academic record at John Marshall
2) Have demonstrated some financial need
3) Involved in JMLS activities/ organizations
4) Involvement in community related affairs
Requirements:
Complete the Continuing Student Scholarship application
Submit an essay at least one page discussing your academic achievements, financial need, personal circumstances, or involvement in JMLS and/or community activities.
Deadline:
All completed applications and essays must be received on or before June 1, 2008 to William B. Powers, Associate Dean of Admission & Student Affairs.
