Bohemian Lawyers Association of Chicago

Scholarship Opportunity for 2006-2007

The Bohemian Lawyers’ Association of Chicago (BLAC) awards a scholarship each year to law students of Czech, Moravian, Ruthenian, Silesian or Slovak ancestry enrolled in an accredited law school in the greater Chicagoland area. The association awards $1500.00 scholarships to deserving students and will be presented at the BLAC Annual Installation Dinner.

Requirements:

1.    Completed application

2.    An essay indicating the reasons why you feel you should receive this scholarship and any special factors that you would like the Committee to consider

3.    A certified copy of your law school transcript.

Applications are available in the Office of Admission

Applications must be postmarked on or before

March 31, 2006
