Judge Helen C. Kinney Scholarship

The DuPage Association of Women Lawyers (DAWL) established the Judge Helen C. Kinney Scholarship in honor of the memory, vision, and leadership of Judge Helen C. Kinney, the first woman appointed to the bench in DuPage County and founder of DAWL.

Selection Criteria

Any 2nd or 3rd year woman law student with a  DuPage County connection who is enrolled in an accredited law school in Illinois is eligible for this scholarship.

The Foundation anticipates awarding two $1000.00 (or higher) scholarship to deserving women law students.
