Scholarship Opportunities and Applications

As an applicant to John Marshall, you are automatically considered for all incoming student scholarships, but there are also numerous scholarships available to currently enrolled JD candidates. We encourage you to use the search functions below to explore the full range of available scholarships. John Marshall scholarships should be applied for using the online The John Marshall Law School Scholarship Application Form. Scholarships awarded by external organizations can also be found using the search function below. These scholarships have their own application instructions.

Before applying, review each scholarship's requirements. If you meet the criteria, complete the scholarship application and email it, along with any other required documents, to Melissa Hansen, director of Admission. If you are uncomfortable submitting your application by email, you can submit all required documents to the JD Admission Office. Incomplete applications will not be considered. You must fill out a separate form for each scholarship to which you apply. In some cases, scholarship recipients must also submit a donor thank you letter to The John Marshall Law School Foundation before funds will be disbursed.
