Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition

The Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition is hosted annually by the Younger Lawyers Division of the Federal Bar Association.  This competition coincides with the FBA's mid-year conference in Washington, D.C.  This year's problem focuses on the free speech rights of students.  The competition's website is http://www.fedbar.org/yld.html#moot .

In 2009 Dan Gold and Brian Young were Octofinalists. In 2008 Tania McCants and Paul Prezioso advanced to Quarterfinals and won Third Best Brief.
