Harish Memorial Moot Court Competition

The D.M. Harish Memorial Government Law College International Environmental Moot Court Competition was held in Mumbai, India from February 13-15. The competition, sponsored by the D.M. Harish Foundation, dealt with various international law issues including transboundary environmental harm, sovereignty, and refugee law. Teams from all over the globe, including the U.S., Europe, Africa, and South Asia, participated in the competition.  The competition is currently India's largest moot and continues to wide-ranging draw international support.
