Library Access
The Library may be used by:
1. John Marshall Law School students, faculty (full-time and adjunct), and administrative staff;
2. John Marshall Law School alumni;
3. members of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA);
4. students and faculty of law schools whose libraries belong to the Chicago Legal Academic System (CLAS), i.e., law students and faculty from DePaul, Kent, Loyola, Northwestern and the University of Chicago;
5. patrons who present an appropriately completed pass or interlibrary loan form signed by a librarian (use of the Library is limited to the purpose specified therein);
6. members of the public who wish to use the Library's federal documents collection; and
7. patrons who have received special authorization to use the Library from its Director or the Dean of the Law School.
Students and alumni of John Marshall, and students of law schools whose libraries belong to CLAS and members of the CBA must have valid identification cards issued by their respective institutions.
Members of the public who wish to use the collection of federal documents should be directed to a reference librarian, who will assist them in their use of the Library.
