Students who wish to have their email forwarded to an external email account like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL, etc. please see the Email Forwarding How-to Guide.
Staff or faculty members wishing to have their email forwarded to an external email account like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL, etc. please contact the Help Desk.

After graduation how long do my accounts stay active?
You will have the same access to eCommons and email for 9 months after graduation. After that time your accounts are deactivated.

Adjunct Faculty Account Creation
All requests for faculty and staff accounts must now be processed utilizing the workflow management system. Please contact Chris Cotter directly to begin the account creation process or to check the status on a new account. If you are an adjunct faculty member and are having difficulties with your account please contact the Help Desk.
New Faculty/Staff Account Creation

Student Accounts
All new student account information will be distributed during new student orientation. At this time you will be given your John Marshall username and password to access your email and all John Marshall computer services. If you are experiencing problems with your account please contact the Help Desk.
