Michael Kim of Arnstein & Lehr, who teaches the Condominium, Cooperative and Other Common Ownership Interest Communities course in the LL.M. Program in Real Estate Law , was a panelist at the Chicago Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Program presented by the Real Property Law Committee on January 29, 1998. He spoke about Leasing Issues as they affect condominiums.

John Murray of First American Title, who is on the Advisory Committee of the LL.M. Program in Real Estate Law, was the speaker for the monthly meeting of the Chicago Bar Association's Real Property Law Committee on January 28, 1998. He spoke about "Synthetic Leases (a/k/a lease/loan, full benefits lease, and tax ownership operating lease)".
