The Office of Publications produces The John Marshall Law School's printed and digital materials, everything from the Viewbook to meeting invitations, from brochures to newsletters, email marketing, and beyond. We work with internal clients to plan, edit, design, and implement the most effective materials for each purpose, and insure their timely delivery by mail or internal distribution.
When seeking services, clients should be prepared to address with the following: preferred publication format, message and copy, photos or artwork, intended audience, and project deadline.
As we are continuously working on multiple projects, we want to know about your project as soon as possible. The more time we have to plan your project, the more likely we can meet your requirements and deadlines.
Listed below are typical production timelines for a variety of publications. Please bear in mind that at certain times of the year, the volume of publications being produced is greater than at other times, such as during the summer, when the Dean’s Report and the bulk of the law school’s admission materials are being handled. An increased volume of demand could result in longer production times.
