Food Service Order Form

This food service order form is for orders placed by employees of the law school only for on-site functions, such as department meetings. Do not use this form for food service orders related to conferences, seminars, or special events that are coordinated by the Department of Event Management. Students are to coordinate food service for their functions through the Office of Student Affairs. This form is not for the use of outside groups for events held at the law school.

The item prices shown are to assist you in establishing the cost for the order. The total cost of the order will be charged to the department/center billing number supplied on the order. Orders will not be processed that do not show a billing number. If you do not know your billing number, contact Judy Evans in the Business Office.

All orders are for a minimum of 10 persons. Orders must be submitted within 3 business days of the function. Incomplete orders or orders received less than 3 business days of the function are subject to cancellation. All orders need to include the name of the dean with managerial oversight of the department being charged for the order. It is your responsibility to receive dean approval prior to placing the order.

Orders submitted before 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed that day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.

For Saturday food service orders, there will be a $100 minimum charge. No food service is available on Sundays.

Food service order requests will not be processed until we receive email approval from the dean overseeing your department.

Assorted Doughnuts: Served with coffee - $3.50.

Breakfast Basket: Assorted Danishes, muffins, bagels with cream cheese - $2.50.

Get Started: Assorted Danishes, muffins, bagels with cream cheese, breakfast breads, and bottled juices - $4.75

Breakfast Parfait: Vanilla Yogurt layered with seasonal fruit and homemade granola topping - $5.25.

The Continental: Assorted Danishes, muffins,bagels with cream cheese, breakfast breads, a platter of fresh fruit, and bottled juices - $7.25.

With granola and yogurt - $8.25

Breakfast Burritos: Egg and Chorizo: Scrambled eggs, spicy Mexican chorizo sausage, poatoes, creamy del caribe cheese, salsa, onions, and peppers wrapped in a flour tortilla; and Egg, Pepper Cheese: fresh cut peppers gently folded with egg and monterey jack cheese, wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with fresh whole fruit basket, assorted juices, and coffee - $9.50. Minimum of 20 people.

Hearty Breakfast Buffet: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, mini muffins, fresh fruit, and bottled juices- $8.95. With gourmet chicken sausage - $9.95.

Full Tilt Gonzo: Pancakes, french toast fingers, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, mini croissants, fresh fruit platter, butter and jelly, assortedjuices, and coffee – $11.95. Minimum of 20 people.

French Toast Soufflé: (48 hour notice required): Thick-sliced Challah drenched in creamy egg batter, baked to rise high, topped with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup, crisp bacon, sausage and freshly sliced fruit - $11.95.

Morning Strata (48 hour notice required): Delicious baked egg dish layered with French bread and an assortment of toppings, served with freshly sliced fruit, hash browns and assorted breakfast breads - $12.50. Minimum of 20 people

Subs: Assorted homemade subs - Italian,tuna salad, house-smoked turkey breast, and veggie. Chips and condiments included - $7.95.

The Old Standard: The original deli tray with home-smoked turkey, apple-pecan tuna salad, garlic roasted rare roast beef, marinated grilled chicken breast, tavern ham, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, plus a variety of sandwich breads, pasta salad, and condiments - $9.25.

Upscale Sandwich Tray: A selection of freshly-made sandwiches, wraps and paninis, including the chicken panini with goat cheese, apple-pecan tuna salad, Tex-Mex steak wrap and roasted turkey with Swiss cheese, razor thin slices of tart apple and lettuce on a sesame roll. Also includes a fresh fruit platter and the Chef's choice of pasta salad, firecracker cole slaw, or Dijon potato salad - $11.50.

Salad Trio: Three delicious entree salads - Cobb Salad, Asian Beef Salad, and Tuna Nicoise Salad. Served with rolls and butter. (20 person minimum) - $12.95.

Pita Pocket Bar: Pitas with chicken, tuna, and shrimp salads plus shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, julienne carrots, and ranch dressing. Served with pasta salad- $11.50.

Fajita Bar: Soft flour tortillas with grilled marinated skirt steak and chicken breast. Includes guacamole, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, spicy rice, and refried beans - $13.95.

With grilled shrimp - $15.95

Chicken Taco Salad: Crispy taco shells with chopped salad greens, grilled marinated chicken breast, cheddar cheese, salsa, and a spicy black bean, corn and pepper relish, served with creamy ranch dressing - $10.50.

Box Lunches

Basic Box Lunch: Comes with a basic sandwich, either turkey, veggie, roast beef,or ham on a fresh-baked roll. Served with a bag of potato chips and a cookie - $9.00.

Executive Box Lunch: Comes with an upscale sandwich, panini, or wrap with pasta salad, fresh fruit, and a delicious dessert. Select the sandwich and quantity from the following list - $11.50.
