Predatory Home Lending Program

Community Outreach

The Predatory Home Lending Program was developed in 2003 by The John Marshall Law School's Fair Housing Legal Support Center to serve members of the Chicagoland community who may become victims of predatory home-lending practices.

Our clinical staff and law students perform outreach in communities throughout Chicago by offering free presentations on fair housing law and predatory practices, and reviewing hundreds of home loan documents each year.

"The partnership between The John Marshall Law School an Greater Southwest has been bery beneficial to both our clients and the law students.  It's a win-win situation."
