Fair Housing Legal Support Center

Training

     

The Fair Housing Legal Support Center offers training for landlords, property managers, testers and fair housing organization staff.

We can customize a full or half-day training session to address the following areas: 

  • The Fair Housing Act and Fair Housing Laws
  • Testing, Monitoring and Investigations
  • Court Procedures and Filings
  • Discrimination and Protected Classes
  • Management Procedures and Application of the Rules and Procedures

We incorporate didactic and interactive (role playing) training methods led by our staff of renowned experts in the area of fair housing law and testing.

$1,500 per person

$5,000 for a group up to 12 persons
