Mark Rutherford is a shareholder in Thrasher Buschmann Griffith & Voelkel PC in Indianapolis. He practices business law, including transactions, litigation, corporate governance, and contracts, as well as criminal and administrative business defense.

He is currently chairman of Atlas!Liberty PAC, a Libertarian federal political action committee. Rutherford received his JD from Valparaiso University School of Law.
