Scott Kruger is the Executive Director of The John Marshall Law School Foundation. A lawyer and an advancement professional with more than ten years of fundraising experience, he is responsible for coordinating all advancement and external relations efforts of the Foundation for John Marshall. Scott is a graduate of the University of Iowa in Iowa City; earning his Juris Doctorate from the College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies/Rhetoric. 

Scott arrived in Chicago in April 2007 after serving six years as the Director of Development for the Southern Illinois University School of Law and Associate Director of Development for the SIU Foundation.  He has also been employed as a Director of Development for Kirkwood College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the Assistant Director of Development-Annual Giving for Minnesota State University in Mankato. Scott, his wife Tracy, and sons Noah, Aaron and Benjamin now reside in Naperville, Illinois.
