Prof. Kathryn Kennedy

  • will present on IRAs: Investments, Rollovers and Distributions at the New York University 66th Institute on Federal taxation (New York, October 26)
  • serves on the Department of Labor's ERISA Advisory Board
  • chairs the Association of American Law Schools Employee Benefits section
  • chairs the Chicago Bar Association Employee Benefits Committee
  • is the co-author of Kennedy and Shultz, Employee Benefits Law: Qualification and ERISA Requirements (2006, Lexis Nexis Graduate Tax Series)
  • is the author of Kennedy, 355-6th T.M., IRAs, SEPs and SIMPLEs

Barry Kozak
(graduate Employee Benefits programs)

  • has been named as Special Education Consultant and Law School Liaison to the IRS TE/GE Employee Plans Traingin Coordinator
  • will start his post graduate studies at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy in fall 2007, where his research will focus on adequate retirement income in an aging population
  • is Vice Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Employee Benefits Committee
  • is the author of Kozak, 353-4th T.M., Employee Benefit Plans and Issues for Small Employers
