Dale Phillips Winner

On April 29, 2008, former director of the Center of Tax Law and Employee Benefits, Paul Faherty awarded Bob Byelich the Dale W. Phillips Scholarship. Current center director, Katie Kennedy watches from the background.

Each academic year, the Center Director awards a total of $10,000 in scholarship awards from the Dale W. Phillips Scholarship Fund. The student recipient(s) is (are) chosen based on high academic achievement as a graduate Tax Law or Employee Benefits student, and for continued contributions in enhancing the reputation of the law school and of the Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits. The award is granted in the spring semester, and public recognition is made at a major Center event being hosted that spring.

Mr. Phillips is an alum of the Tax Law program, and currently serves on its Advisory Board.
