LLM IN REAL ESTATE LAW: Program Overview

Now Accepting Applications for the Spring Semester which begins on January 14, 2008.

Graduate (LLM) Education in Real Estate can make a difference.Firms and clients want real estate attorneys with an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate law and practice, who can ask the right questions and quickly identify and resolve the issues.

Students come from across the country to earn anLLM in Real Estate Law.After graduation, attorneys have taken positions with law firms in large metro-politan areas, joined corporate law departments, taken positions with government or have become involved inthe business side of the real estate industry.

The curriculum enables students to select the courses that will further their career objectives.The degree requires 24 credit hours, 16 of which are in required courses. No thesis is requiredfor graduation.Courses are scheduled in the evening and on Saturday to enable attorneys to continue to practice law while earning an LLM in Real Estate Law. Students may earn an LLM in Real Estate Law in two semesters.

This Program admits studentsfor the Fall and Spring Semesters.
