Course Materials
Course materials include the forms and materials real estate attorneys actually use to document and close transactions. Professors reflect the goals of the MacCrate Report of the American Bar Association in their assignments and teaching style, thereby ‘bridging the gap' between legal education and real life practice. The courses and curriculum emphasize and respond to the transactional nature of real estate practice and law. An important goal for MS students is to collaborate more effectively with their attorneys. By learning the legal aspects of the deals in which they are involved and appreciating the perspective of real estate attorneys, MS graduates hold unique credentials.
