The Center for Real Estate Law's primary mission is to educate the next generation of commercial real estate attorneys and their clients in all aspects of the law affecting the industry from a transactional perspective.  The Center for Real Estate Law offers three degree programs:  the Master of Laws (LLM) Program for Lawyers, the Joint JD/LLM Program and the Master of Science (MS) Program for Non-Attorney Real Estate Professionals.

The courses offered by the Center for Real Estate Law, developed with input from the Advisory Board of practicing attorneys and respected professionals in the industry, covers all substantive areas of commercial real estate law and integrates skill training.  Thus, the Program enables students to gain an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate law and practice.
