Keynote speaker: Professor Daniel Bogart, Chapman University Law Scool

Commercial Leases have been described as the lifeblood of the transaction by those that develop, finance, own, lease and occupy office buildings and shopping centers.  Without signed leases projects do not go forward or existing projects go into default. 

The 2007 Kratovil Conference on Real Estate Law and Practice will reflect on changes in how leases are construed, evaluated, perceived and negotiated.

Keynote Speaker:  Professor Daniel B. Bogart,  Donley and Marjorie Bollinger Chair in Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Law,  Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Land Resources,  Chapman University School of Law in Orange County, California

Panel Discussion moderated by Advisory Board member Victoria S. Berghel, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc (Chattanooga, TN).
