THE LITIGATION PRACTICUM

Students selected to participate in this program work with attorneys approved by the law school. The educational objectives of the course include litigation skills (including problem solving, fact investigation, legal analysis, communication and trial advocacy skills) and learning the litigator's ethical and professional responsibilities. Professor Kenneth Kandaras, is the Director of the Center for Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution and Professor Susann Maclachlan is the Center's Externship Director. Currently, the following placement opportunities for eligible students exist in the program:
