Real Estate Legal Practicum (2)
|
A full-time student in his or her last semester of the LLM program who has completed Real Estate Transactions, Federal Income Tax, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate Finance may apply for a practicum. Students work under the supervision of an experienced attorney in a law firm, title company, or law department, and have an opportunity to see and experience how commercial real estate law is practiced. Practicum placements are made by the Center for Real Estate Law.
