Illinois Department of Revenue (3-4)

Students selected to participate in this externship will work with the attorneys at the Illinois Department of Revenue. The educational objectives of this course include practical experience in state and local tax law; development of research, writing, and drafting skills; and preparation of pleadings, discovery documents, stipulations of fact, and trial of memoranda used in Tax Court.
