  • 30th Annual John Marshall Law School International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology and Privacy Law (October 27 - 29, 2011) - Established in 1981, the Moot Court Competition in Information Technology & Privacy Law has become one of the largest and most highly respected of all international moot courts. Students from law schools throughout the country and from outside the U.S. gather at John Marshall each year to brief and argue challenging and unresolved issues of technology law.   • Tech Talks - a monthly series of lunch-time programs exploring the intersection of law and technology. These programs are open to the JMLS community and general public. CLE credit will be available. Planned discussions include: Email Ethics, Etiquette and Efficiency; Data Management for Lawyers; and updates on emerging practice management technologies.
