Overseas Opportunities

 

Each Year, one or more faculty members offer John Marshall students the opportunity to take a course that includes an international component.  In recent years, JD and LLM students have studied:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions from an EU perspective in Rome, Italy
  • Transnational Legal Practice Issues in Barcelona, Spain
  • International and European Union Law in Barcelona, Spain
  • International and Comparative Sports Law in Barcelona, Spain
  • The EU and the Legal Profession in Barcelona Spain
  • Intellectual Property and Human Rights in Law in Lima, Peru
  • Current Legal Issues: The Transformation of European Law and the Impact of the European Union in Prague, Czech Republic
  • Comparative Human Rights in South Africa
  • International Organizations in Switzerland
