Naturally, achieving success in such business activity requires lawyers trained in the special issues and regulation of international business and trade.

John Marshall's LL.M. Program in International Business and Trade Law trains such lawyers, taking skilled legal practitioners and giving them the additional edge needed to render legal services to businesses in the international marketplace. The LL.M. Program in International Business and Trade Law offers students a wide range of study opportunities. Through direct and cross-curricular offerings with John Marshall's other LL.M. programs, students in international business and trade law may select from more than 40 courses in different aspects of international economic law. In addition, students may concentrate in international corporate law or international trade law by completing a set sequence of courses in those fields.
