CENTER FOR ADVOCACY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: J.D CURRICULUM

The advocacy and dispute resolution curriculum is, of course, composed of foundational courses, including both core and advanced lawyering skills classes, but is also supplemented with specialized programs in clinical education.  Such an arrangement allows for more "learning from practice" experience for John Marshall students.  Pilot programs introducing trial skills and evidentiary concepts to first-year students and workshops focusing on various facets of trial strategy and performance are a few of the exciting new programs which are regularly being developed and presented by the center's faculty.
